How to contact / order LITTLE BELT PILOT SERVICE ( Arrivals ):
We require an email, either from ships agent or the vessel / owner, as soon as you have an idea of ETA to the pilot position, from where you want pilot to embark (see charts) – stating the vessels details, including contact details.
Please send 24hrs, 12hrs and 6hrs notice by email, – and please give final notice by phone 3hrs before arrival.
If the mentioned notices are not possible – please phone – and we will do our best.

Please note: We will only be answering the VHF when pilot boat is manned: Approx. 30 – 60 minutes before arrival.
